Photograph your puppets and set

Today you should be finished with your puppets and set.

Next we will take 6 photographs of what you have created. You can experiment with different types of lighting as well.

  • Take 1 photo from the front that shows the overall scene with the puppet
  • Take 2 photos that shows the overall scene with the puppets from different angles
  • Take 2 close ups of the puppet in the set from different distances and angles 
  • Take 1 photo of the puppet only

Our task for the next 2 classes or so is to create a basic set for our puppets to move through. Consider color, texture, and lighting effects. Don't get too complicated at this point. Remember this is a quick animation!

Quick Animation Project

We will continue working on our Quick Animation Project. This project is an attempt to build a puppet and a scene, use interesting lighting and animate the movie in two weeks.

Last class we began work on our puppet (s). We'll finish it today.
It must be able to move legs and arms and turn its head.

Next two classes we'll build a scene for the puppet to move through.
